Hi,
I did my site with Drupal, the big difference is that it's all in Ajax.

For the browser it's only one simple page, there isn't a single page refresh and every click loads a small piece and even forms as Webform contact and Views pager and exposed filters are cool.

I used a lot of jQuery there an some piece of code at template.php and tpl files.

Some Drupal modules used: Views, CCK, Infinite Pager, Webform, Imagefield, Imagecache javascript crop, views hack...
