We want to get a clear, easy to use and confortable desing for this site. Our client left us play a little with the features. So, he got more that he paid and we experimented with some new stuff.

We choosed Drupal 6 becasue we wanted a dinamyc and scalable site, with many configuration options. The desing is as clear as possible and everything has the same objetive: focus on the products. But, in the backend there are a complete users administration app.

In the other hand, we tried to get a smartphone version with its own look and feel, close to a standalone app.

IndieMade gives independent creatives -- photographers, crafters, painters, and so on -- the power of Drupal with none of the configuration headaches.

When a new user signs up, we create a new Drupal site for them, with a blog, photo gallery, Ubercart store, and so on. Instead of using administration screens, they use a custom dashboard to add and edit pages, postings, and products. There's a small monthly fee.
