Super Body, Super Brain is a user-customized online personal fitness training system, developed by internationally known fitness expert Michael Gonzalez-Wallace. The program is available by subscription in 1mo, 3 mo, and 1 year lengths. The price for a 1 one-year subscription is about $16/mo.

What makes this system truly unique are both the exercises themselves and the training process. The unique exercises, developed by Michael, not only help increase general health and fitness, while adding muscle mass---they also have been shown to increase mental acuity. The training process is interactive and customized---both you and your trainer communicate with each other through forms, emailed questions and feedback, and personal instructions to arrive at the best mix of exercises, reps, and weights for you.

Super Body, Super Brain starts with a detailed fitness and health questionaire, which is analyzed by a professional trainer before any exercises are recommended. A set of weekly exercises, customized to your goals and capabilities is then prescribed for a 1 month period. The number of reps and weights generally vary from week to week to reflect your progress in performing each exercise. Complementing these exercises are recommendations and demonstrations regarding warm up, stretching, and meditation, including a weekly schedule for these activities.

Super Body, Super Brain provides additional resources allowing you to track your exercises and diet are provided free of charge (a value of up to $60), provide a complete meditation guide, with video demo and meditation music, plus a variety of health, training, recipe, and diet tips.

Each month a new exercise regimen given to you as you become both more proficient in the method, and as your general level of fitness and health improves. Additionally, our trainers my add personal comments to your weekly exercises giving you additional options, based on your progress. You may email us at any time for direct personal feedback, or update your training form to reflect changes in your overal physical condition--- and our trainers take all of this into account as they prepare further monthly training schedules.
