We needed a platform with strong multilanguage functionality and a user-friendly backend. Further, it was necessary to present that content in a responsive website and use the same database for a mobile website.
The strong multilanguage features in combination with the theming power of Drupal were decisive factors in the proces of choosing the right platform. The open source character of Drupal also charmed the organizers of the festival, because of their typically openminded ideas.
