After series of smaller sites I finally got my wish to work on a couple of large platforms recently, both based in Drupal, and both mixing a variety of technologies.
KnowYourDay is designed to enable flexible working including working from home, distributed teams and parents who need to pickup and dropoff children whilst maintaining a career.
At one end of the scale employee monitoring can be quite intrusive, but KnowYourDay aims to be the opposite, collecting the minimum data required to help managers whilst maintaining privacy and security.
This has been achieved with a combination of best in-class technologies.
Drupal - for knowledge management
NodeJS - for data preparation
TensorFlow for AI / Neural Networks
Angular2 - to create a single page application for the dashboards
D3 - to create rich charts and reports.
It is a great example of Drupal playing nicely in a mixed enterprise environment.
