I have recently been tasked with the redesigned of my company's web site. Obviously as a marketing guy I wanted to be free from tech support. I wanted a really CMS, not the kind that limits your creativity and funnel your content into narrowly formatted forms. Also, the site had to be multilingual (French, English and German.
Meet Drupal the poster child of the Web 2.0 community.
After a bit of blog search and a few emails I managed to identify Vincent Caillierez the "Mr. Drupal" in France.
I outsourced the graphical designed to my old pal Romain Canonge and in a matter of weeks we went live.
Drupal is cool, easy to use, enables various right-management settings, blog-like features, easy embedment of videos (from Youtube, Dailymotion...) tag linking, user protected area, RSS feeds and everything else you can expect from a proper Web 2.0 tool.
I love it!
