The design is clearly a template. I would put some more work into the design. However, for an international website it isn't too bad!

I could not agree more with Jeff J. You guys have done a brilliant job in coming up with something like this. The theme as well as the background colors is perfectly blended and I think the colors and fonts make this a perfect icing for the cake. However, I think decreasing the size of fonts a bit more could give more room for adding categories and sections. It would also look a bit more professional!
