Technically view the page source and at first this does not even look like a Drupal site, but then look again and all the content is ajax loaded from http://roiafrica.com/insight which is the Drupal CMS powering this bootstrap parallax theme. The Media Insight CMS site is also powering several live media views for broadcast.
So a media monitoring site for Africa using a blend of parallax bootstrap and Drupal creating a very visual presentation.
