What was happening during last week with drupalsites.net?
Well, of course you see the biggest change: revamped design! Finally we have large screenshots (many asked for it) and less cluttered layout. Navigation has become easier and more logical as well. For example featured sites list has its own menu link now but not just a button hidden in the middle of the front page.
A few more "infrastructural" changes:
- Twitter block. You don't have to login to your twitter account to see our messages now.
- Finally there is "about us" page. You can check up on drupalsites.net history now. It took 5 years to add it ;)
Also we are in process of cleaning up a zillion of spam user accounts (just blocking them yet). Please don't be angry if your account has been deleted in case you are working from home Nikki Prabhakar, 21 y/o retired SEO engineer who offers to monetize penis plumbing jobs in San Antonio, India.
However there is some chance for false negatives. So if you see your legitimate account blocked, please just create a new one. Or drop a message via contact form so we could review your blocked account.
Big thanks to our hosting providers metanet.ch for a new server hardware!
Last updates paved a way to more smaller changes to be rolled out soon.
the screenshots are perfect. I have been planning to switch my site into a drupal site but still needs more time for the theme. Still studying Drupal here. Any advise on good study materials?
