As a little girl, Florence Cheryl Chandra wore her heart on her sleeve. She would play dress up, attend imaginary tea parties, and reign in plastic castles. Growing up, Cheryl’s talent and focused passion were evident at an early age. At fifteen, Cheryl had already graduated from Arva School of Fashion and achieved an array of impressive awards, such as awards from Ohio’s International Museum of Children’s Art, UNESCO, and a silver medal from Shankars International Children Competition in New Delhi. Believing that fashion is not only for adults, Cheryl envisioned to introduce the children’s fashion world in Indonesia. Her dream began to take shape when she first established her home-based clothing line, “Cheryl,” in 2006.
And know the brand has its own workshop and studio that caters to both custom and ready-to-wear designs for children. Cheryl's collections has been exhibited at several fashion shows, including at her own debut show in 2010, and featured in major news outlets. Lush silk chiffon, pure white lace, luminous pearls, pink ribbons, and shades of pastel. Cheryl clings to her childhood dreams and translates them into children’s fashions. Enchanting and simply adorable, Cheryl’s designs allow children to live their fantasies whether they are Victorian princesses enjoying teatime or brave knights slaying a dragon. Every little boy and girl may have his or her very own
fairytale dream. Their every wish is Cheryl’s command.
