Owner and creative director Nadine Freedman began looking more deeply into the elder care situation in the United States when her own father’s health began to decline. As a mother of two small children with growing concern for an aging loved one miles away, she realized that many individuals faced similar challenges with little or no help at all. With new motivation and knowledge from previous work with pharmaceutical companies and a home healthcare agency, Nadine began to work towards a new solution for struggling caregivers. Soon, Careitas.com was born.
