After completing a Degree in Sports Science
in 1998, specialising in Anatomy and Physiology, Biomechanics, Sports Sociology / Psychology and Team / Individual Sports Analysis, Vicki went on to complete a Diploma in Personal Training, Nutritional Advice and Sports Massage Therapy, and has built up a thriving client base within these fields.

 
Her knowledge of the sport and fitness industry allows her to tailor every session to meet the requirements of her clients, ensuring that everyone benefits in a positive manner from the work that she does. As well as Personal Training and Sports Massage, Vicki also works on improving Nutrition for clients who wish to lose weight, gain weight or just simply improve their diet. Corporate Fitness and Therapy deals can also be undertaken where required. Many businesses are beginning to look out for their staff in this way today – a healthy workforce is a productive workforce!
 
Vicki has helped many people start on their journey to a fitter lifestyle, as well as assisting the more serious athlete with achieving their training goals through Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy.
 
No stranger to exercise and fitness herself, Vicki started her sporting career in school, playing many team and individual sports, before representing her University (rugby and football), Clubs (hockey and athletics) and local Borough (athletics) and has carried this right
through to the present day. In 2004, she wanted to try a new challenge and ran the Flora London Marathon for charity, and has since run 2 others, in Edinburgh and New York in 2006. She is currently training hard for the LaSalle Bank Chicaco Marathon, due to take place in
October 2007, using her knowledge of fitness to help improve her Personal Best times twice since that first marathon in London, knocking a total of 35 minutes off her initial Best time for a Marathon.
 
Vicki’s aim today is to utilise these achievements to assist other people of all ages in achieving their health and fitness goals, regardless of how big or small those goals may be – anything can be achieved if you put your mind to it, and Vicki will be there to help
you every step of the way.
